CNC Machinist

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring precision and accuracy in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC programming and machining techniques, and will be responsible for producing high-quality parts in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Program CNC machines using MasterCAM software
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machining issues
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
• Familiarity with CNC programming and operation
• Proficient in MasterCAM
• Strong understanding of machining principles and tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
