to oversee all marketing operations and develop the company's marketing strategy and vision. The CMO will lead a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and direct marketing efforts towards success. Responsibilities

  3. Define marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  4. Develop and oversee the implementation of a feasible marketing plan.
  5. Organize marketing functions such as product development, branding, and communications to reflect the company's unique voice.
  6. Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels.
  7. Build and lead a highly efficient marketing team.
  8. Establish a network of strategic partnerships.

Requirements and Skills

  1. Proven experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or similar role.
  2. Experience in developing effective strategies and business plans for marketing aspects.
  3. Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
  4. Ability to apply marketing techniques across digital and non-digital channels.
  5. Understanding of various business disciplines such as IT and finance.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and business software (e.g., CRM).
  7. Leadership qualities with creative and analytical skills.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. MSc / MA in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
