*Company Description*

The Schwab Companies in Delevan, NY operates a full-service gravel quarry with & trucking company that hauls gravel in dump trailers, leachate in tanker trailers, grain & feed in dump & auger trailers, & food products in reefer trailers. We also operate a multi generation dairy farm where we milk over 1000 dairy cows & farm over 2000 acres.

*Position Description*

We're looking for a full time OTR driver for our dedicated reefer customers! We're looking for a professional driver that could expect 2000-3000 miles a week & strong year round work with established customers, very minimal brokered freight! Drivers could expect to be home multiple nights a week and home on weekends!

Responsibilities would be operating a reefer trailer for deliveries of products over the road within Upstate NY & the Midwest. Overnight travel would be required at times. As a Professional CDL Driver A, you will be required to have a good positive attitude, operate our equipment safely & efficiently, follow direction from our dispatch & shop team, be presentable & professional towards our customers, and be a strong contributor to our team!

*Minimum Requirements*

* Maintain a current Class A CDL
* Must have a clean motor – vehicle record
* Must be able to pass DOT physical & maintain a current medical card
* Must pass a drug test
* Must operate a vehicle in a safe & efficient manner while complying with all DOT State Regulations
* Must pass our pre-employment driving road test
* Must be able to drive a manual and/or automatic transmission
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience driving tractor trailers
* Be open to a full time work schedule with flexible seasonal demands
* Be open to over the road deliveries
* Maintain & follow ELD logs & regulations
* Take direction & instruction from our dispatch & mechanic team
* Create a positive work environment & team culture
* Maintain a professional attitude & have the ability to be flexible & adapt to change

Pay: $0.60 - $0.80 per mile
