Carrier Integration Associate / Appointment Associate (Regulatory Affairs) at Frank Balbo Trucking Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Job Description Job Title: Carrier Integration Associate / Appointment Associate Location: The Hive – Sandy, UT 84070 Reports to: Operations Manager / Carrier Integrations Department: Operations FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Purpose The Carrier Integration Associate is responsible for completing carrier contracting and setting up ALKEME agency partners and their producers with new carrier appointments. This role ensures that carrier onboarding and offboarding processes are completed accurately and efficiently, maintaining compliance and strong carrier relationships. Key Responsibilities Carrier Contracting and Appointments Request and complete carrier contracting Onboard and offboard agency producers with carriers Maintain codes for all carriers and offices Document processes and procedures by carrier Create and maintain Microsoft Excel documents Team Collaboration and Process Improvement Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate carrier appointments Maintain a cooperative and professional demeanor Be adaptable to new or changing circumstances with an enthusiastic attitude Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma required Experience working independently while collaborating effectively with team members Strong time management and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of broker contracts preferred, but not required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to multitask between multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly Working Conditions Primarily office-based position with potential for hybrid work depending on location Standard core hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, with flexibility as needed Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to pull or lift up to 15 pounds at times Reasonable accommodations may be made to assist individuals with disabilities Note: This job description provides a general overview of the role.
