We're seeking a high-energy, entrepreneurial-minded Business Office Coordinator to keep our fast-paced construction office running smoothly and efficiently. If you love variety, thrive on solving problems, and enjoy being the go-to person who makes things happen-this is your opportunity!

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first face & voice of our company: greet visitors and manage phones with professionalism and warmth.
  • Keep our office humming: manage schedules, supplies, mail, and shared spaces.
  • Support financial operations: handle invoices, credit card reconciliations, and Vendors, and more!
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure Safety, Quality, Integrity, and Teamwork in everything we do.

What You Bring:

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a knack for learning new tools quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with team members, vendors, and customers
  • Familiarity with construction industry terminology (or willingness to learn)
  • A can-do attitude that turns challenges into opportunities-must have an entrepreneurial spirit
