Bookkeeper, Financial Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC or Hybrid

25 PT Hour / FT Position

Unique Homes Media, Inc. (UHM) is looking to hire a Full Time or Part Time Bookkeeper to manage our Accounting processes, including our AR and AP operational tasks, as well as updates to our CRM system and Quickbooks account.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily bookkeeping responsibilities including A/P, A/R, monthly reconciliations.
• Provide administrative support to sales team including creation of estimates and sales orders in Quickbooks Desktop.
• Learn the industry, products, and services and be able to speak confidently and professionally to customers over the phone.
• Correspond with vendors, respond to inquiries and resolve any invoice discrepancies.
• Complete customer vendor and insurance form requests.
• Match and process credit card payments and process credit checks, establishing necessary credit terms.
• Provide timely reports to the CEO as requested/required.
• Ensure high quality service and client satisfaction.

Non-Essential Functions:

• Performs other tasks as necessary.

Qualifications

•   High level of written and oral communication skills, task driven individual who is accurate and diligent, and team oriented. 
• Excellent working knowledge of Quickbooks Enterprise required.
• G-suite proficiency

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s (or Associate) degree in accounting and/or 4+ years of small business accounting and general bookkeeping and administrative duties. Preference will be given to candidates with Quickbooks Desktop Certifications.

Hours/Schedule:

• Hours are semi-flexible generally, between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm are our common hours.
• Employees should set a work schedule at the beginning of their employment.

This is a direct hire position with a rate of $25 to $30 an hour based on experience. This position can be remote for the right candidate.
