A Tech : have frame machine experience for heavier collision work
B Tech : have good bondo skills, Sheet metal skills, straightening skills, panel replacement, and plastic repair skills
Refinisher : must have own paint guns, capable of mixing paint, and color match skills, able to prep cars.
Prep/Detail: wet sanding and buffing, prepping cars for paint and detailing after paint,
