Our client, a growing national law firm, is looking for an experienced Senior Discovery Attorney with 5 to 7 years of experience to join their team. Candidates should have experience advising and supporting case teams and clients on all discovery phases of each matter, from preservation through production, as well as pre-litigation information governance, post-production deposition/witness preparation, and trial preparation when applicable. Candidates will collaborate with other eMerge attorneys, technologists, case teams, and clients to craft and manage case-specific workflows and protocols for eDiscovery with the goals of risk mitigation, cost control and defensibility while remaining focused on identifying the information necessary to yield successful case outcomes.
Candidates will oversee and ensure quality of work and deliverables for associated eMerge Discovery Attorneys, Project Attorneys, technologists, and service providers (where applicable) to ensure consistency, accuracy and efficiency.
