They are seeking a Associate Creative Director with strong fluency in new and emerging technologies and design techniques to shape the vision and lead the talent of the design team. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of brand development experience and a proven track record of collaboration with strategy and content teams. Additionally, a commitment to applying talents for good is essential.

Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership/Management: Manage client and partner relationships independently, ensuring creative deliverables are on schedule and guiding the strategy and creative teams.
2. Creative Analysis/Audits: Conduct research to identify emerging trends in client categories, brand development, and graphic design, and assess their implications for deliverables.
3. Creative Strategy: Develop clear, compelling, and competitive creative strategies to enhance recognition, relevance, revenue, and reach for clients.
4. Design Development: Oversee and develop bold creative solutions to address social, environmental, and business challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of digital experience, including web, social media, and emerging technologies.
• Deep understanding of research and strategy, with the ability to envision creative solutions for complex social, environmental, and business issues.
• In-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing frameworks.

The salary range is $125,000 to $175,000 per year, depending on experience.
