Core Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements related to commercialization and distribution of software, products, IP, technologies, life sciences, and the data privacy. The candidate will possess exceptional academic credentials from a top tier law school and will have experience working in a law firm setting.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
• Perform transactional due diligence on contract matters.
• Provide support and legal advice on issues related to IP protection, information security, and data privacy.

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while still working independently.
• Strong experience with contract drafting and negotiation.
• 3+ years of commercial contracts experience.
