We are a small but highly regarded real estate development firm managing a growing portfolio of properties nationwide. We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Senior Asset Manager to join our team in Beverly Hills and oversee the day-to-day management of our diverse portfolio. This is a critical role that requires a skilled professional who is ready to contribute immediately and take ownership of key responsibilities while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a Diverse Portfolio: Oversee both residential and commercial assets, ensuring operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and high standards across the board.
• Streamline Operations: Utilize Yardi for tenant management, rent tracking, lease renewals, and other property administration tasks.
• Work Closely with the Team: Collaborate with property management, accounting, and investor relations teams to ensure financial and operational success.
• Strategic Oversight: Lead communications with 3rd party management companies, drive strategic meetings, and contribute high-level input on property performance and improvements.
• Financial Accountability: Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting tasks to ensure the portfolio’s financial health.

Who We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience managing multi-asset portfolios and a proven track record in asset management.
• Highly proficient and comfortable using Yardi and other property management software, along with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong financial acumen is a must.
• You’re an excellent communicator with a sharp eye for detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while driving efficiency.

Salary Range is dependent on experience: $140,000-$150,000 base compensation, bonus eligible position plus excellent full medical benefits package.
