At Interstate Window & Door, we're seeking mechanically inclined individuals, with assembly/manufacturing production experience using hand and power tools, to assemble top-tier products that exceed industry standards.

The production schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM. Overtime may be required in accordance with production schedule.

Our pay rate starts at $15.50/hour for straight time. Overtime is any time worked over 40 hours in a work week. We are looking for Associates with a great work ethic, who enjoy being a part of a team, taking pride in what they do.

We’re convenient to get to! Our plant is located right next to Redner’s Market off the Pittston By-Pass. Tap 640 Memco Lane Pittston, PA in your GPS. There’s plenty of free parking right next to our plant.

We like our Associates to possess the following skills:

• At least one year of prior assembly, manufacturing, and production experience highly preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools such as cordless drills
• Ability to read a tape measure a plus
• Must be eager to learn and open to cross training as needed
• Works well with a team as well as independently
• An eye for quality and the desire to make award winning & energy efficient products
• Have a dependable form of transportation as dependability is crucial

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Exhibit good manual dexterity necessary to operate basic hand & power tools.
• Ability to stand continuously up to 10 hours per day.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Position Qualifications:

• Ability to read and utilize a tape measure down to 1/16th-inch intervals
• Ability to operate simple hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers, saws, knives and pneumatic or battery operated screw guns.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic addition and subtraction of numbers
• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
