Position: Apartment Leasing Consultant Location: Mesa, AZ 85210 Pay: $19.50 – $20.00/hour (Depending on Qualifications) Availability: Full-Time | Weekend Warriors Welcome! If so, we want YOU to be the friendly face of our apartment community in sunny Mesa, Arizona! ☀️ What You’ll Be Up To:
- Welcome prospective residents with a smile and give them an unforgettable tour of our community (bonus points for enthusiasm!).
- Be the voice of reason on the phone and via email, making sure no lead goes unturned.
- Help folks with leasing paperwork and guide them through the application process like the superstar you are!
- Keep our records as sharp as your wit by accurately maintaining leasing software systems.
- Ensure our community is always looking its best, ready for tours, and sparkling clean!
- Provide top-notch customer service that makes residents feel right at home.
- Stay in the loop on leasing goals, market trends, and compliance standards (you've got this!).
What You Bring to the Party:
- At least 6 months of experience in property management (you're basically a leasing ninja).
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a fabulous plus, but not a deal-breaker!
