SBS is hiring a Senior Agile Coach to lead and mentor teams in adopting and enhancing Agile methodologies. This role is pivotal in driving organizational agility, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the successful delivery of value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Agility Planning : Contribute to the organization's strategic planning for business agility, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Agile Standards Development : Develop and maintain standards for Agile processes across teams, promoting consistency and best practices.
Transparency and Metrics : Develop dashboards and reports to monitor organizational health, including key metrics that enhance transparency.
Leadership and Mentorship : Provide leadership and guidance to other coaches, Scrum Masters, and members of the agility team.
Innovation and Experimentation : Introduce new ideas and experiments to the organization, drawing from industry best practices and thought leaders.
Team Development : Support team development, promoting healthy dynamics, self-organization, and transparency.
Empowerment : Empower teams to become self-sufficient, reducing reliance on external assistance.
