Overview As an Accounts Project Manager for the Roadside Assistance team, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and executing cross-functional projects. Your role involves ensuring smooth financial operations, system and process improvements, and contributing to a positive customer experience. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Service, and external vendors. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, invoice processing, project management, and KPI achievement to support our roadside provider network and customers. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with development teams to improve invoicing portals for internal and external users. Identify opportunities to guide financial strategies and implement solutions. Manage communication regarding vendor accounts, invoices, POs, and payments. Conduct market research to enhance efficiency and structure within roadside services. Maintain operational progress and financial workflows overview. Update resources and processes for effective change management. Manage vendor rate tools and review invoice submissions; handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Qualifications Project management experience. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Vendor management and invoicing experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. Strong data analysis skills, especially in Excel. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
