Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Assist with the loading and unloading of materials. + Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks. + Operate basic machinery and tools as required. + Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times. + Support team members in various tasks as needed. **What Are We Looking For** + Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions. + Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures. + Excellent teamwork and communication skills. + Capability to operate basic machinery and tools. + Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities. **Conditions of Employment** + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. **Work Environment** + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **What We Offer** + 41.00 to $42.00 per hour. + Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension. + Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.
